Function introduction of corrugated cardboard double-sided machine:
1. Design speed: 200-250m/min, width 1800mm-2500mm
2. The human-machine interface is automatically controlled by PLC, which switches the number and pressure of heating plates to ensure that the peaks of various different weight corrugated papers are intact.
3. The surface of the heating plate is ground and plated with hard chromium. Choose between 18-22 pieces with a width of 600mm.
4. The hot section adopts a hot press plate structure, which can adjust the pressure in sections according to the thickness of the cardboard produced (optional).
5. The upper cotton belt adopts a double cylinder S-shaped cotton belt tensioning device. Choose manual or automatic belt correction device.
6. The drive unit adopts an independent gearbox. Electromagnetic speed regulating motor or variable frequency motor drive.
7. The driving roller surface is coated with wear-resistant rubber, forming a herringbone structure with a medium height to ensure smooth output of the cardboard.
