Their main function is to heat kraft paper and corrugated cardboard, making them more sturdy. Corrugated cardboard preheaters are essential units in corrugated cardboard production lines.

Characteristics of corrugated cardboard preheater:

1. All preheating rollers undergo precise grinding and surface chrome plating for a smoother and more durable finish.

2. Adopting a disc-shaped or flat end shell to enable uniform heating of the corrugated medium.

3. Adopting an electric wrap angle, the adjustment range can rotate freely within 360 °, and two wrap angle shafts can be optionally equipped to increase the wrap angle area.

4. Can be configured in single or multiple layers.
